In the near future in America, crime is uncontrollable. To get the circumstances under control, the government introduced "the Purge". Within twelve hours all illegal activity will become legal - including massacre. To survive the chaos, Sandin family put barricades around their house and at first it seems firm. But until a stranger person finds shelter in their home, and thus triggers a chain of horrible events.
Ethan Hawke and Lena Headey play lead roles in the thriller "The Purge". Directed by James DeMonaco from his own script.
Universal Pictures will release the Home Video on DVD and Blu-ray in the US on October 08, 2013 and in the UK on October 21, 2013.
The DVD will not contain any bonus or extra material and as usual, Blu-ray disc comes in lossless DTS-HD Master Audio.
