Tom Fletcher, the lead vocalist of McFly, released a video on his YouTube channel with the title "We have news," and the caption "sometimes, the best way to say something is with pumpkins and a song."
Tom and his wife Giovanna appear in the video singing and getting ready for Halloween by making decorations with pumpkins.
At the end of the video, they make the big announcement: "We have a baby", and the video ends with a picture of the ultrasound saying "Coming in 2014".
Tom and Giovanna married in December last year, and this will be the couple's first child.
