Bruno Mars is added to the list of artists who will perform at EMA 2013 MTV Europe awards.
The singer competes in three categories "Best Male Artist", "Best Song", "Best US Act", the latter refers to the competition for the regional title to highlight the musicians from different parts of the world. The ten artists elected in each region will be announced on November 1 and will compete for "Worldwide Act," which will be announced at the ceremony.
Besides the voice of "Locked Out Of Heaven", Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, The Killers, Snoop Dogg, Robin Thicke, Kings Of Leon and Icona Pop also confirmed to perform at the event.
Bridgit Mendler, Jared Leto, of 30 Seconds To Mars and Rita Ora are invited to deliver the awards.
This year's nominations are led by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Justin Timberlake , with five nods each.
The European Music Awards 2013 will be held in Amsterdam on 10 November.
