The Elder Scrolls Online: learn how to Marry Character in the MMORPG

The Elder Scrolls: Online, the MMORPG expected in the world of The Elder Scrolls, offers the possibility of getting married in the game, as well as many other titles in the genre. However, this option is temporarily limited to just a few players. See how to get married in the PC version.

Weddings require a special item called Pledge of Mara, which is not yet being distributed normally in the game. For now the only way to get the item is buying the special edition Imperial Edition of the game. The advantage is that it only takes a Pledge of Mara per couple, then only one of the users need to have the special edition. Check out the tutorial:

Step 1: Man Pledge of Mara item in your shortcuts.

Step 2: Find a Shrine of Mara near. Their locations vary depending on your faction, but all are in big cities and are accessible after completing the initial tutorials.

Aldmeri Dominion - Vulkhel Guard in Auridon and Elden Root in Grahtwood
Daggerfall Covenant - Daggerfall in Glenumbra and Wayrest in Stormhaven
Ebonheart Pact - Davon's Watch in Stonefalls and Mournhold in Deshaan

Step 3: Approach the Shrine of Mara with the player with which to marry.

Step 4: Use the Pledge of Mara and target it to your future spouse.

Step 5: Wait for the other player accepts the request.

Step 6: Now the two characters are married and each will win a Ring of Mara item. Married characters receive bonus experience by completing quests together.

Note: For now there is no way to divorce the game, then the marriage can not be undone.
