Shortly after announcing that she was free of her contract with record label Universal, Azealia Banks surprised fans with a new track.
Entitled "Heavy Metal and Reflective", the song was scheduled to be officially released tomorrow, the 29th, but leaked on the internet last weekend. The rapper did not give much importance to the leak and encouraged fans to dance to the song.
"'Heavy Metal and Reflective 'leaked! Okay, because you need all of this newness same! Go search it and start messing asses", Azealia wrote on her Twitter.
The track was produced by Lil Internet, also responsible for "Yung Rapunxel" single from her debut album"Broke With Expensive Taste", which continues with no release date.
