It has been confirmed that Bruce Springsteen will make a cameo as the owner of a morgue in one of the episodes of the next season of "Lillyhammer". The series will go on air later this year will also be available to stream on Netflix.
If we discount the small participation of Bruce playing the role of himself in the movie "High Fidelity" (2000), this will be the debut of musician and actor. The fact that "Lillyhammer" have as its main star Steve Van Zandt , guitarist of E-Street Band, which Springsteen accompanies decades, was obviously an important factor to convince the "Boss" to bump participation in the program.
"Lillyhammer" tells the story of Frank Tagliano - a gangster who tries to start his life in the secluded Norwegian town that gives its name to the number for which is sent as part of a witness protection program.
