An excerpt of "Play Ball" the first official single that AC / DC launches in six years - can be heard in the announcement by MLB - the league of American baseball - to publicize the upcoming season of national championship.
The song shows that the band's sound remains the same, despite the departure of guitarist Malcolm Young - who according to report published by the Australian press, was admitted to a nursing home suffering from dementia. In the recordings, the musician was replaced by Stevie Young, who is his nephew - and Angus Young, lead guitarist of the band.
"Play Ball" will be in "Rock or Bust", the long awaited follow up to" Black Ice "(2008) which will be released worldwide in the first week of December.
The band has confirmed that it will come out on tour next year, and rumors that the group will be one of the headliners of the Glastonbury festival in June 2015.
