Find / Locations Evolution Stones in Pokémon Sun and Moon

In Pokémon Sun and Moon, to complete the Rotom Dex, you must use the Evolution Stones to evolve certain Pokémon. In this guide, we will show you how to find and use all of them:

Fire, Thunder, Water, and Leaf Stones - the four elemental stones can buy without difficulty in the Konikoni City, located in the southwestern region of Akala Island. Each of them costs only 3,000P, and you can buy as many as you want, with no stock limits.

They are available in a store on the left hand side of the map, directly in front of the city's Pokémon Center, easily identified by a plate with a hammer drawn, as shown below:

It is worth buying a lot of them, since in addition to all the stones can be used to cause different evolutions in Eevee, and also able to evolve other little monsters. For example Thunder Stone causes Pikachu to become a Raiche, while Fire Stone evolves a Growlithe to Arcanine.

Dusk Stone

This stone also needs to be bought, but not in Konikoni City. Instead, travel to the northeast of Ula'ula Island and access the town of Malie. There, walk to the top of the screen until you find the Malie Community Center.

Enter the building and walk to the right until you find the last door. Inside, talk to the boy on the left table to negotiate a Dusk Stone, useful for evolving Dark Pokémon like Murkrow and Misdreavus.

Everstone

It is very simple to get an Everstone, item that prevents the evolution of the little monsters. On the island of Akala, go to the Pokémon Center of Hau'Oli City. From there, walk down the street until you find a mansion on the left corner of the screen, as shown in the picture:

Inside talk to Ilma then go up the stairs, walk to the last door on the left and enter Captain Ilma's room. Accept your challenge and a fight will begin. The combat is simple and involves only a Gumshoos level 15 and a Smeargle level 14. With the confirmation of the victory, talk again with Ilma. At the end of the chat, she will present her coach with an Everstone.

Moon Stone

The stone capable of evolving a Jigglypuff to Wigglytuff does not require much effort to be found. Just travel to the point marked on the map below and pick up the Poké Ball. Look for the item to the right of the small oasis:

Sun Stone

Still on Ula'ula Island, visit the mountainous region on the east corner of the map. Your goal is to access Blush Mountain, situated on a small intersection between the mountains. Take the route indicated in the photo:

Then walk left until you find the tall grass. A small hole at the bottom of the screen will hide Sun Stone, which can be used to evolve Petilil and turn it into the powerful Lilligant, one of the best Grass-type Pokémon in the whole game!
