According to French newspaper, "Stars Dance" will come out on July 23

Fans of Selena Gomez can now begin the countdown to the launch of her new album. Singer passed this week by Paris for recording the clip of the second single from the LP, "Slow Down" and talked a bit about her fourth album with French newspaper Le Parisien. The album will be called "Stars Dance" and will hit stores on July 23, the day after her 21st birthday. According to the publication, "Stars Dance" will feature guest appearances by artists such as Rihanna, Beyonce and Rita Ora. According to PopCrush, the successor of "When The Sun Goes Down", Stars Dance, will consist of 13 songs, including the title track "Come and Get It" and Slow Down.
