Relativity Media has released the first teaser trailer for MIRROR MIRROR, an upcoming comedy based on the classic children’s fairy tale Snow White under the direction of Tarsem Singh, the director who brought us Immortals. Tarsem assures that this version of the Snow White is a departure from the Disney version of the film. The screenplay was written by Melissa Wallack and Jason Keller, and the film stars Lily Collins as Snow White, Julia Roberts as the wicked queen and Armie Hammer as Prince Andrew Alcott.
Visually, this footage is a most impressive preview of what’s to come. It is only two and a half minutes long so there is not much to see.
Mirror Mirror is slated for release in theaters on March 30, 2012
