HBO will release their much popular TV Show Eastbound & Down: The Complete 3rd Season to home video on December 4, 2012. The DVD will be available for the price of $ 29.98 (SRP) while the Blu-ray disc will cost you $ 39.98 and both Discs will contain bonus materials such as Outtakes: Blooper Reel, Deleted Scenes and Audio Commentaries with Danny McBride.
If you have seen Danny McBride in other movies like Pineapple Express or 30 Minutes or Less, you'll still be surprised by what a force of nature he is on this series. It offends everybody evenly and generously, with the lead role being the main joke. Kenny is a guy persuaded in his own greatness, regardless of his whole survival telling him otherwise. The main story is basically his quest for redemption, while he seems to ruin it at every chance with his very funny lack of tact. Yet he appears to have a heart.
It is a special kind of humor, and some viewers may not find it hilarious at all. For those who enjoy it, however, each episode is endlessly hilarious.
