After two years of the release of his debut album, Ed Sheeran released his new song entitled "I See Fire", the track is part of the soundtrack of the film The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, and will also feature on his upcoming album.
The musician revealed via twitter that he wrote and recorded a new single. "I had the chance to produce and play all the instruments on the track except for the cello. I was able to learn to play the violin for a day, hope you like it," he wrote.
The film opens in theaters on December 13 while Sheeran’s new album is expected to arrive in 2014.
