The actress and singer Lea Michele has revealed via Twitter that she will perform on the Season 3 final episode of X Factor U.S. program.
The Glee star will perform her first single, "Cannonball".
The song includes on her debut album, "Louder", which is scheduled for release on March 4, 2014.
The final episode of the X Factor will air on Thursday (19) live on Sony channel.
