The singer Ellie Goulding has revealed in an interview with MTV that she has recorded a song for the soundtrack of the movie Divergent, an upcoming sci-fi adventure movie directed by Neil Burger, based on the book by Veronica Roth. The story takes place in a dystopian post-apocalyptic version of Chicago.
There is no confirmation as yet whether the song “Beating Heart” will be the theme song of the film, which opens in theaters on March 21.
The singer has started promoting her new singles “Burn” and "Goodness Gracious”, from her latest album "Halcyon Days,” in the US market.
