Flo Rida revealed previously unreleased track "Freaking Out” in collaboration with StayC Reign.

The song is part of the soundtrack of the film "Neighbors", starring Zac Efron and Seth Rogen, and was produced by TJR .

The soundtrack album of "The Neighbors" hits the stores on April 29, and also contains songs such as "Die Young" by Kesha and "London Bridge" by Fergie.

"Neighbors" premieres in US theaters on May 09, 2014.
