Musician Lenny Kravitz announced the release of his next album, "Strut," and the first single, "The Chamber," from his new work.
Kravitz called Bob Clearmountain (David Bowie's 'Let's Dance', the Rolling Stones' 'Tattoo You' and Bruce Springsteen's 'Born in the U.S.A.') to mix his tenth studio album, which will consist of 12 new songs.
"This album brought me back to a place that I love about music," he said. "Back to the feelings I had when I was in middle school. It's a rock and roll real hard. It's raw, it has soul and it was done very quickly."
"Strut" will be released on September 22, while the first single, "The Chamber," will be available from tomorrow (24) on iTunes. Kravitz has also confirmed a tour in support of his new album. The tour will kick off on October 22 in Moscow.
