Rita Ora postpones new album until January 2015

At an event in New York on Tuesday (19) for the launch of the DKNY fragrance MYNY, singer Rita Ora revealed that fans will have to wait a little longer to hear her new songs.

The British singer announced that her second album will be released in January 2015. The LP was expected to hit the stores between September and November 2014.

The artist did not reveal the reason for the delay, however, it is speculated that the material had to be postponed on account of her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris, who produced much of the songs for the new album, may not allow to include them on her new album.

During the interview at the event, Rita Ora Harris declined to comment on when the reporter mentioned the name of the Scottish producer and preferred to stop the chat.

At the moment, the singer will continue to record more songs for her new album and will be dedicated to projects that involved artists such as Iggy Azalea in "Black Widow".

The follow up to her debut "Now" already has the promo single "I Will Never Let You Down", released in May and produced by Calvin Harris .
