Bruce Springsteen recently revealed that he will release a covers album "Only The Strong Survive” on November 11th.
To mark the announcement, he released "Do I Love You (Indeed I Do), a song originally recorded in 1965 by Frank Wilson.
Today, he released the second track from the album. This
time, he chose to show a song better known to the general public: Nightshift,
the last big hit of the Commodores and the only one the group had after the
departure of Lionel Richie. Nightshift was released in 1985, it was a touching
tribute to two soul legends who had recently died: Marvin Gaye and Jackie
Wilson. The single reached number three in the US
and UK .
