Where to Find the CCTV Camera
The first step is finding the security camera at the Loading Docks.
Look for the warehouse-style building in the Loading Docks area and enter through the garage-style opening. Inside, look for a blinking red security camera.
Approach the camera and interact with it when the prompt appears:
Report security camera
Select the option to report the camera to Zoe.
Simply finding the camera isn't enough. You need to report it before the CCTV footage objective becomes available.
How to Trigger "Find the CCTV Footage"
After you report the camera, Dylan contacts Zoe and tells her that there is a security camera at the Loading Docks.
Zoe explains that the FBC has access to surveillance around the city and suggests checking the Security Station for the footage.
Your objective then changes to:

Once this happens, leave the Loading Docks and follow the objective toward the FBC Field Office Security Station.
CCTV Objective Not Appearing?
If the CCTV objective hasn't appeared, check that you've completed these steps:
- Reach the Loading Docks.
- Enter the warehouse.
- Find the blinking security camera.
- Select Report security camera.
- Wait for the conversation with Zoe to finish.
The investigation then directs you to the Security Station.
Security Station CCTV Location
The CCTV footage is inside the FBC Field Office Security Station.
The station is an orange, container-style FBC structure in the field office area. Look for the building with the yellow stairs leading up to the entrance.
You need Clearance Level 01 to enter.
Once inside, you'll find several computers and terminals. This is where the objective can become confusing because not every terminal is used for the same part of the investigation.
Which Computer Has the CCTV Footage?
Look for the surveillance computer at the Security Station.
There is another terminal associated with the medical cabinet investigation, so interacting with the first computer you find doesn't necessarily give you the CCTV recording.

How to Watch the CCTV Footage
Once you've found the surveillance terminal, interact with it to access the CCTV system.
The computer switches to a surveillance playback showing what happened at the Loading Docks.
Let the recording play through.
You don't need to return to the Loading Docks after accessing the footage. Watching the recording advances the investigation and allows you to continue with the next objective.
What the CCTV Footage Shows
The recording provides an important clue about what happened to the Threshold team.
It shows Ranger Cox confronting another Threshold team member. Cox realizes that something is wrong and questions what happened after the person passed through the Field Hospital.
The situation rapidly becomes more dangerous. Cox becomes increasingly frightened before the confrontation turns violent, followed by distorted cries and the recording cutting out.
The footage connects the Loading Docks incident with the larger mystery surrounding the Threshold.

If you can't access the recording at the Security Station, go through these checks.
1. Report the Loading Docks camera
Return to the Loading Docks and make sure you've interacted with the blinking security camera and selected Report security camera.
Finding the camera without reporting it won't advance the CCTV objective.
2. Check your objective
You should see:

If that objective hasn't appeared, return to the Loading Docks and check the camera again.
3. Enter the Security Station
Follow the objective to the FBC Field Office Security Station.
You'll need Clearance Level 01 to enter the station.
4. Check the other computer
There are multiple terminals inside the Security Station.
If one computer doesn't provide the surveillance recording, check the other relevant terminal rather than leaving the station.
5. Start the surveillance playback
Interact with the CCTV/surveillance terminal and allow the recording to play.
Once the sequence finishes, the investigation should move forward.
Is the CCTV Footage Optional?
No. The CCTV investigation is part of the progression for Crossing the Threshold.
You need to report the Loading Docks camera and then access the corresponding footage at the Security Station before continuing the investigation toward Wilson.
It isn't a collectible or optional recording that can simply be skipped.
