MW4 DMZ Eyes Everywhere: How to Mark 10 Casino Enemies

Updated October 24, 2026

Infographic for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ showing an operator approaching Heavenly Luck Casino in Cheongun Village with a Recon Drone targeting enemies on the stairs, accompanied by bold text reading "EYES EVERYWHERE: Mark 10 Casino Enemies" and a 10/10 progress tracker.

The Eyes Everywhere order in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ requires you to mark 10 enemies at Heavenly Luck Casino using a Recon Drone. The challenge is straightforward once you have the right equipment, but arriving without a drone, deploying it in an exposed position, or failing to register marks can make the objective unnecessarily difficult.

Heavenly Luck Casino is located in Cheongun Village, grid F4 on the Hajin map. The building is a High Threat area, so finding a safe place to control your drone is just as important as locating the enemies.

This guide explains how to unlock and craft the Recon Drone, where to deploy it, how to register all 10 marks, and what to check if Eyes Everywhere is not progressing.

Quick Answer: How to Complete Eyes Everywhere

To complete Eyes Everywhere in MW4 DMZ:

  1. Unlock the Recon Drone recipe by completing the preceding Counterfeit order page.
  2. Craft a Recon Drone at your FOB's 3D Printer using 30 Metals and 3 Electronic Sensors.
  3. Equip the drone and deploy into Hajin.
  4. Travel to Heavenly Luck Casino in Cheongun Village, F4, or start Operation Silent Ledger to reach the casino more directly.
  5. Find a protected position and launch your Recon Drone.
  6. Keep casino enemies in the drone's view long enough to register marks.
  7. Continue until the Eyes Everywhere objective displays 10/10.

Important: The order requires Recon Drone marks. Activating a UAV Tower or manually pinging enemies is not a substitute for the required action.

How to Unlock and Craft a Recon Drone

Before entering Heavenly Luck Casino, you need the correct Field Upgrade.

The Recon Drone is a Rare Field Upgrade described in-game as:

Remote-controlled drone that has manual and auto marking capabilities.

This is the equipment required for Eyes Everywhere. A UAV Tower, Portable Radar, or ordinary squad ping does not replace it.

How to unlock the Recon Drone recipe

The Recon Drone recipe is a reward from the preceding Counterfeit order page.

If you cannot find the recipe at your FOB, check your Counterfeit chapter progress and complete the earlier orders before attempting Eyes Everywhere.

Once unlocked, the Recon Drone can be crafted through the Field Upgrades section of the FOB 3D Printer.

Recon Drone crafting materials

You need:

Material Amount
Metals 30
Electronic Sensors 3

Metals can be gathered by looting and breaking down suitable items. Electronic Sensors are worth prioritizing in computers, IT bags, and other electronics-related containers.

Once you have enough materials, print the Recon Drone and place it in your deployment inventory.

Should you craft more than one Recon Drone?

Bringing a spare is a sensible precaution.

A Recon Drone is a consumable Field Upgrade, and enemies can destroy it before you finish marking all 10 targets. If that happens, another drone can help you finish the remaining marks without having to restart the entire objective.

However, carrying multiple drones uses inventory space. If your backpack is already crowded, our MW4 DMZ Backpack Full guide explains how to free space and protect useful equipment.

Where Is Heavenly Luck Casino in MW4 DMZ?

Heavenly Luck Casino is in Cheongun Village, grid F4, on the Hajin map.

Open your Tac-Map and look for the casino complex in the village. Cheongun General Hospital, located farther south in F5, is another useful landmark.

The surrounding village can display a Low Threat rating, but the casino itself is a High Threat location.

Expect multiple hostile soldiers around the entrances, perimeter, and main building.

How to reach the casino

You have two practical options.

Option 1: Enter through a normal Hajin deployment

Deploy with your Recon Drone, open the Tac-Map, and travel toward Cheongun Village in F4.

As you approach the casino, check for enemies around the exterior and choose a protected position before activating the drone.

Option 2: Start Operation Silent Ledger

Operation Silent Ledger takes place at Heavenly Luck Casino and provides a more direct way to reach the area.

If you also need to complete that story mission, bringing a Recon Drone lets you work on both objectives during the same deployment.

Do you need to enter the casino?

You do not need to rush into the main gambling floor before launching your drone.

A protected position near the entrance or exterior approach can provide a useful starting point. From there, fly the drone toward the casino and look for qualifying targets.

The important requirement is marking enemies associated with Heavenly Luck Casino, not simply marking unrelated soldiers elsewhere in Cheongun Village.

How to Mark 10 Enemies With the Recon Drone

The Eyes Everywhere objective reads:

Mark 10 Enemies in the Heavenly Luck Casino With a Recon Drone.

You must use the drone's marking capability to identify qualifying enemies. Killing them is not part of this specific requirement.

Step 1: Find a safe launch position

Before deploying the drone, move behind solid cover.

Avoid standing in an open courtyard or directly in front of the casino entrance while enemies are firing at you.

If you are playing with teammates, they can help keep nearby threats away while you operate the drone.

Step 2: Deploy the Recon Drone

Activate the Recon Drone Field Upgrade.

The drone allows you to remotely survey the area and identify enemies through its camera.

Its item description confirms both manual and automatic marking capabilities, so pay attention to the controls and marking indicators displayed while operating it.

Step 3: Keep enemies in the camera view

Fly toward the casino and locate hostile soldiers.

Once you find a target, keep the drone aimed at the enemy for approximately 2–3 seconds, allowing the marking action to register.

Do not immediately swing the camera toward another target before the first mark has registered.

If the drone interface offers a manual marking control, use the displayed prompt when necessary.

Step 4: Continue marking casino enemies

Scan different sections of the building and its entrances to locate additional targets.

Prioritize visible enemies instead of flying deep into the casino without a clear route.

You can work through the available targets systematically:

  • Check the main entrance and immediate approach.
  • Scan enemies visible around the casino perimeter.
  • Move the drone toward the interior if you need more qualifying targets.
  • Recheck your order progress after marking several enemies.

Step 5: Confirm Eyes Everywhere reaches 10/10

The objective is complete when your DMZ Orders tracker shows:

02 EYES EVERYWHERE — 10/10

You do not need to eliminate all 10 marked enemies.

Once the order is complete, you can continue with other objectives or leave the area.

Best Place to Deploy Your Recon Drone

The safest approach is to operate the drone from protected cover near the casino, rather than standing in the middle of a firefight.

One practical option during Operation Silent Ledger is to enter through the ground-floor entrance and move toward the left side of the building, where you can look for a more sheltered launch position.

You can also begin from a protected exterior approach if it provides a safe place to control your operator.

Tips to avoid losing your drone

  • Clear nearby threats first. Enemies close to your operator can attack while you are controlling the drone.
  • Use solid cover. A wall or protected corner is safer than an exposed walkway.
  • Avoid unnecessary flying. Move toward areas where enemies are already visible.
  • Do not linger near hostile soldiers. Enemies may spot and destroy the drone.
  • Bring a spare if possible. A second Recon Drone can help if the first is destroyed before the order is finished.

You do not need to fight every enemy at the casino. In fact, eliminating too many soldiers before launching the drone can leave you with fewer targets to mark.

For this reason, marking enemies before clearing the building is usually the more efficient approach.

Eyes Everywhere Not Counting Marks? What to Check

If Eyes Everywhere remains at 0/10 or stops progressing, check the following before assuming the mission is bugged.

1. Are you using the correct drone?

The order requires a Recon Drone.

A UAV Tower can reveal enemies, but its detection system does not satisfy the Recon Drone requirement.

Likewise, manually pinging an enemy for your squad should not be confused with marking them through the drone.

2. Are you marking enemies at Heavenly Luck Casino?

Eyes Everywhere is location-specific.

Marking unrelated enemies elsewhere in Cheongun Village may not advance the objective.

If the counter is not increasing, move the drone toward the casino itself and focus on enemies around or inside the building.

3. Are you allowing enough time for the mark?

The drone needs time to identify a target.

Keep an enemy centered in the camera view for a couple of seconds and watch for the marking indication.

Moving the camera too quickly can make it difficult to tell whether the mark registered.

4. Has the drone been destroyed?

Enemy soldiers can damage or destroy your Recon Drone.

If the drone is lost before you finish, use another Recon Drone if you brought one.

Check your order counter before continuing so you know how many additional marks are required.

5. Have you checked the actual order counter?

Seeing enemies through the drone camera does not automatically mean that every target has been counted.

Open your DMZ Orders and confirm whether Eyes Everywhere is advancing.

If the counter increases, continue using the same method until you reach 10/10.

6. Is the correct Counterfeit objective available?

Make sure you have reached the relevant Counterfeit page and that Eyes Everywhere is listed in your orders.

If the objective is not available, complete the preceding chapter requirements first.

Note: A counter that does not advance is not necessarily evidence of a confirmed progression bug. Incorrect equipment, targets outside the required area, and marks that have not registered are worth checking first.

Can You Complete Eyes Everywhere During Operation Silent Ledger?

Yes. Operation Silent Ledger and Eyes Everywhere both involve Heavenly Luck Casino, making them useful objectives to combine in one deployment.

Operation Silent Ledger is the Counterfeit chapter's story mission. Eyes Everywhere is a separate order requiring Recon Drone marks.

If both are available, you can prepare for them together.

Recommended order of operations

  1. Craft and equip a Recon Drone before deploying.
  2. Start Operation Silent Ledger.
  3. Reach Heavenly Luck Casino.
  4. Find a protected position and complete the 10 Recon Drone marks.
  5. Confirm Eyes Everywhere displays 10/10.
  6. Continue with Silent Ledger's separate story objectives.

The main advantage is efficiency.

You avoid traveling to the same casino twice, and you can mark enemies before your squad clears the building.

However, finishing Silent Ledger does not automatically complete Eyes Everywhere. The Recon Drone marking requirement must still be satisfied.

Eyes Everywhere Rewards and Counterfeit Progress

Eyes Everywhere belongs to the Counterfeit 2/2 order progression.

The final Counterfeit page includes three orders:

  • Suit Breach: Kill 15 enemies wearing hazmat suits, often found in irradiated areas.
  • Eyes Everywhere: Print a Recon Drone and mark 10 enemies at Heavenly Luck Casino.
  • Operation Silent Ledger: Complete the Operation Silent Ledger story mission.

Completing all three orders on the page awards:

  • 20,000 DMZ Cash
  • 1 Operator Rescue Beacon
  • 1 Weapon Insurance Contract

These are page-completion rewards, not rewards granted solely for marking the 10 enemies.

Once Eyes Everywhere reaches 10/10, check whether Suit Breach or Operation Silent Ledger still needs to be completed.

If you are also working through other equipment-based objectives, our MW4 DMZ Capture SAM Site and Eye in the Sky guide covers another mission involving reconnaissance and battlefield equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Heavenly Luck Casino in MW4 DMZ?
Heavenly Luck Casino is in Cheongun Village, grid F4 on the Hajin map. It is a High Threat location with multiple hostile soldiers around the building and its entrances. You can reach it during a normal deployment or through Operation Silent Ledger.

How do you unlock the Recon Drone recipe?
The Recon Drone recipe is unlocked by completing the preceding Counterfeit order page. Once unlocked, you can print the drone through the Field Upgrades section of your FOB's 3D Printer.

What materials do you need to craft a Recon Drone?
You need 30 Metals and 3 Electronic Sensors. After printing the Recon Drone, place it in your deployment inventory before entering Hajin.

How do you mark enemies with a Recon Drone?
Deploy the drone, aim its camera at an enemy, and keep the target in view long enough for the marking action to register. The Recon Drone supports manual and automatic marking. Check your Eyes Everywhere counter to confirm progress.

Why is Eyes Everywhere stuck at 0/10?
First, verify that you are using a Recon Drone rather than a UAV Tower or another detection device. Then check that you are marking enemies associated with Heavenly Luck Casino and allowing each mark to register. Confirm your progress through the DMZ Orders tracker.

Can you complete Eyes Everywhere without entering the casino?
You can begin operating your Recon Drone from a protected position outside the main gambling floor. The drone still needs to mark qualifying enemies at Heavenly Luck Casino, so exterior deployment alone does not guarantee that every nearby enemy will count.

Can you complete all 10 marks with one Recon Drone?
One drone can potentially complete the objective if it remains operational and you locate enough qualifying enemies. Bringing a second drone is useful insurance if the first is destroyed before all 10 marks register.

Can you complete Eyes Everywhere and Silent Ledger together?
Yes. Both objectives take place at Heavenly Luck Casino. Bring a Recon Drone into Operation Silent Ledger, complete the marking requirement before clearing too many enemies, and then continue with the story mission.

Final Tips

The key to completing Eyes Everywhere in MW4 DMZ is preparing the correct equipment before deployment.

Craft a Recon Drone using 30 Metals and 3 Electronic Sensors, travel to Heavenly Luck Casino in F4, and launch it from a protected position. Keep qualifying enemies in view long enough to register their marks, and check your objective counter as you progress.

If you are also completing Operation Silent Ledger, handle the Recon Drone objective before clearing the casino. That gives you more available targets and can save you another deployment.

Once the order reaches 10/10, Eyes Everywhere is complete, and you can move on to the remaining Counterfeit objectives.
