Chris Brown's Fortune, Strip Turn Up the Music Treading Waters

Just a year after the release of his fourth studio album F.A.M.E., R&B singer Chris Brown is back with a new album “Fortune”. It is produced with the collaboration of David Banner, The Runners, Kevin McCall, Tha Bizness and will feature guest artists such as Nas, Wiz Khalifa, Kevin McCall and Asher Roth. Chris confirmed via twitter that his upcoming album is in the final stages of recording, and will be released on March 16, 2012 through his new label RCA. "Strip" was released as a promotional single in November, and "Turn Up the Music" will be released as the lead single from the album in February.

In spite of what he does off the stage, nothing can take away from his skill as a singer. He has a fine smooth, but vigorous, high pitched, R&B voice that can effortlessly ride over upbeat and ballad pop tracks. He truly can sing and over the past several years, he has learned vocal control. Chris has the most gorgeous harmonies and most catching and witty sounds out of any of the R&B male artists of this age group. He exhibits his soft tone and soothing harmonies on his new song "Strip". The lyrics to that track are very "mature" but just listening to his smooth vocals on the single make you ignore about how sexually explicit it is.
