Run Far Cry 3 without Freezes, Fix Slow Downs and Lags - PC

The term "freezes" is commonly used by gamers to portray hangs, lockup, or stop responding effect that some video games experience. Typical indications of "freezes" include the likes of your game jerking, you not being able to progress in the game and having trouble running the virtual characters. If you're experiencing Freezes, Slow Downs and Lags in Far Cry 3, you need to fix the possible errors which are leading the problem to occur. Here's what you need to do:

1. Install most recent patches
2. Close all unnecessary applications / programs
3. Run Far Cry 3 with High Priority
4. Clean out the registry
5. Reinstall the game

1. Install most recent patches: The most recent patches contain performance enhancement that help you repair Far Cry 3 hangs. You can download them from the official website of the game.

2. Close all unnecessary applications: Far Cry 3 slow down if other applications and processes are running in the background. You must end all the open applications before you begin the game.

3. Run Far Cry 3 with High Priority: By running Far Cry 3 with higher priority possibly will fix the game freezes, slow-downs and lags. To do so, open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys. Then, from the Processes tab select Set Priority High.
