KL is one of the very few new singers out there that knows how to enlighten fascinating stories. He is very young, but this is a real person that has something to say about the world and his stories cover real life issues that not many rappers would even try to address these days. At first listen, KL is not the easiest rapper to listen to, his voice and traits takes some warming up to if you haven't listened to his songs before, but once you do, it is just smooth sailing from there.
