BB 50th Anniversary concert CD available in May 2013

The Beach Boys (BB) celebrated their 50th Anniversary with the original band members back together last year. Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine, David Marks and Bruce Johnston, , who is technically not an original member, but joined the group in the mid 60's, after Brian left the group for good, stayed until the 70s, took a break to write music for Barry Manilow, and then returned permanently in the late 70's.

BB have been one of my favorite band since I was small, and that was several years ago. Saw them last year in their 50th anniversary tour and they were terrific, really surprised me, playing hits I never thought I'd hear live, like "Do It Again". It was truly amazing that they were all able to put the past behind them and give their listeners a great gift, a new record "That's Why God Made the Radio" with brand new songs and a world tour.

I have seen many live shows in my life but I must say that seeing the reunited BB live at Bell Centre, Montreal (the show was lasted three hours and they played nearly 50 songs live) was one of the best live show I've ever seen.

BB's 50th Anniversary concert is now captured on 2 CDs, Live-The 50th Anniversary Tour, containing over 40 tracks, which will be available for purchase on May 21, 2013.
