The singer Jake Bugg was in Sao Paulo early last month to perform in Sao Paulo at Lollapalooza festival. During his stay, the British visited Heliopolis favela in São Paulo and released a mini-documentary showing his experience and the feeling of knowing the community's youth.
The action is part of the British nongovernmental organization ActionAid, which aims to disseminate the work done in England in Heliopolis and also aims to assist in the training of disadvantaged youth through education, music and sports.
The video shows Bugg singing with the locals and talking about the importance of music in their life.
