In Mortal Kombat 11 (MK11), the Krypt is the area where you can use your rewards to unlock new attacks, brutalities, costumes and other elements of the game. However, you won’t be able to get all the key items here. Some you’ll earn by completing tasks or unlocking certain things.
To level up fast in MK11, we’ll give you some helpful trips on the locations and how to unlock each Krypt Item to advance in the game.
How to Unlock all Krypt Key Items in MK11
Shao Kahn Hammer - Location and Benefit
You’ll find the Shao Kahn hammer close to enter of the Krypt, and will give you access to most of the areas. It is one of the primary objects of the game that you shouldn’t miss.
Get Horn of Motaro
To find Horn of Motaro, head to the Warrior's Shrine and break the meteorite to get the Gem of the Living. You’ll require this item to enter the crypt and go further into the island.
In the courtyard, in the gong’s room there is a closed door that requires this item. Go back to the vault through this door and use the switch to find the Motaro Horn. It allows you to unlock the underground passage.
Get Ermac's Soul Amulet
From Goro's Lair, head to the corner of the hallway located in the southwest corner. Use the elevator to reach the lower area where you’ll find Ermac’s Soul Amulet.
With the Ermac's Soul Amulet, you’ll be able to unlock green orbs / soul spires and new areas in the Krypt. You can also use souls to fix the bridge in the Pit.
Spear of Hanzo Hasashi (Scorpion) - Location
You can find the Spear of Hanzo Hasashi in The Goro’s Armory. You can get there using the corridor behind his dead body in his Throne Room. You can throw this at remote items to unlock new paths like the lanterns on the wooden bridge. You can also use it to destroy corpses to collect Hearts.
Get Kenshi's Blindfold
With this you can see the realm of spirits, making invisible places and objects visible. To get Kenshi's Blindfold, head to the prisons down the corridor to the right in the Goro’s Throne Room.
Use this Kenshi's Blindfold wherever you have been before to find out new weak walls and any other secrets you have unnoticed.
