In Battlefield 2042, you will be able to fly planes or helicopters, but you will need to deploy them on the map. In this short tutorial we’ll show you how to deploy them.
As in the previous installments, you’ll be able to take control of a fighter plane that will be available in your HQ when you spawn in the game.
If you want to take control of a fighter plane within the game, you have to go through the HQ and you can access it when you spawn on the map and once you are in the respawn menu, do the following:
Click on the HQ
Go to the vehicle icon that appears under the HQ icon
Select the fighter plane
And that's it, normally, you will spawn in the game controlling a fighter plane. It should be noted that it is possible that all fighter planes are already deployed in the field, so you will have to be patient if you want to take control of the vehicle.
It could also happen that you are lucky and a fighter plane has been abandoned by a player, if so, approach it and press the following key to take control of it :
E on PC
Round on PlayStation consoles
X on Xbox consoles
