Football Manager 2023 (FM23) offers you the possibility to play it with your friends online. To play online, multiplayer you will need to follow the steps given below:
Create your manager
Click on Online Career Mode
Select your Preferences, then choose to play with your
friends or everyone
Then press Confirm once you have made your choices
Choose a team now, ideally we recommend that you all play in
the same league to make your life easier
Select Player Database, then click Confirm
As soon as you have created your online career, all you have to do is invite your friends by giving them an online invitation directly by private message.
