If you pre-ordered the digital version of God of War Ragnarok on the PS Store you will get an email with a code and if you pre-ordered the physical version of the game, you’ll get a code in the box. This code is to be entered on the PS Store. Here is the procedure to redeem your rewards depending on whether you enter it on the online store or on the console store.
Console Store
Turn on your console, then click on the PlayStation Store menu
Scroll down until you reach the Redeem Code menu
Click on it, then enter the code you received in the appropriate location
Continue and that's it, all you have to do is download the content
Online Store
Head over to the PlayStation Store site
Log in to your account or if you are already logged in, click directly on your profile icon
You will then have a drop-down menu that appears, now click on Redeem a code
In the menu that appears, enter the code in the appropriate space, then Continue
That's it, the content has been added to your PlayStation library, all you have to do is log in to your console to start the download
