Though its release date is still a week away, the Simple Plan have posted their new album "Get Your Heart On - The Second Coming" in its entirety on their official YouTube channel last week.
The material, which is now available for pre-order, includes 7 tracks, including the single "Lucky One", which they have already performed live during a benefit concert.
"Get Your Heart On - The Second Coming!" hits the stores on December 3.
