The Sims 4 (PC): Minimum system requirements revealed

The latest title in the acclaimed simulation series from EA, The Sims 4, has just had its minimum system requirements revealed. The information was published on the official website of the game, in the "FAQ" section.

As we point out that the settings listed below are enough to run the game at least and more satisfactory  experience would require a much more better hardware.

Minimum System Requirements 
  • Operating System: Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista (SP2), Windows 7 (SP1), Windows 8 or Windows 8.1; 
  • Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8 GHz, AMD Athlon 64 Dual-Core 4000 + or equivalent (for computers with integrated graphics chipsets, the game requires Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz, AMD 64 X2 TL-Turuion 62 2.0 GHz or equivalent);
  • AM: 2 GB;
  • Disk Space: 9 GB of free space with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content and saved games;
  • Video Card: 128 MB memory and support for Pixel Shader 3.0 (supported cards: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or better, ATI Radeon X1300 or better, Intel GMA X4500 or better) and DirectX 9.0c compatible; 
  • Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible.
