After giving birth to her first child in late July and announced the release of his first solo album, the singer Amy Lee spoke about the future of Evanescence.
In a recent interview with American magazine Rolling Stones, the artist said she does not plan to launch any project with the band for a while. "I loved my time with Evanescence and would not want to just throw it out, I have no plans to do anything with the band in the foreseeable future," she said. "It's really important to me to take some time to show some different sides of myself."
Amy Lee, who is now an independent artist, will release the album "Aftermath," which is the soundtrack of the film War Story, directed by Mark Jackson.
The album is now available for pre-order on iTunes and Amazon, and will be officially launched on August 25.
