HBO's True Blood returns for season six with ten episodes

The hit TV (HBO) drama “True Blood” was created and produced by Alan Ball. True Blood first premiered on HBO in 2008 and had twelve episodes and by the twelfth episode the drama had over 2.40 million fans. When the second, third, fourth and fifth seasons aired its fan base had increased even more making this show one of the most successful shows to air on HBO.

Part of this TV series success is definitely accredited to the recent Vampire trend sweeping all over the world. Since this drama is based on the "The Southern Vampire Mysteries by Charlaine Harris its influx was near the opening of the Vampire trend. Since 2008 there has been many vampire associated television series, films and novels, goods created. The series revolves around the relationship between Sookie and Bill but it's also about the outstanding supporting characters and how their lives play out in the series. Each episode is almost like a mini-movie packed with drama, fear and glimpses of the interesting back story that ties them all together.

True Blood season 6 was officially announced by HBO in 2012 and will premiere on June 16, 2013. Fans around the world are waiting to see this new Season premier on TV. As the hope grows, so does the hype of vampires and fantasy. Season Six episode 1 will certainly be a major event worldwide.
