Hellraid new screens and more gameplay info revealed

The "Dead Island" and "Call of Juarez" developer Techland has released new screenshots and some gameplay details of their upcoming first-person shooter video game "Hellraid". The title will be released later this year for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

The game offers players a story-driven single-player challenge and cooperative action for up to four players. The developer promises points awarded for randomly generated challenges and battle and also confirmed various role-playing elements such as quests, weapons enhancements, boss battles, a mandatory adjustment of armor and an unspecified detailed character are currently in development.

In "Hellraid" the player jumps back and forth from using magic portals between levels. Thus, each level can be played any number of times to master the story Campaign as well as all side quests and challenges.

Players can choose between four character classes, Warrior, Mage, Paladin and Rogue, and these characters can be further modified. Each class has its own special skills that can be useful in the game. There is a crafting system to customize weapon abilities as well.

There is a dynamic system called Game Master. It places loot and makes different sets of opponents on the level and produces online challenges, which makes each level a fresh and different experience.
