The Creative Assembly’s Total War - Rome 2 (TWR2) relies on the mix of turn-based strategy and highly tactical real-time combats. However, many new elements have been introduced to the game. With the transparent diplomacy system we know exactly how to soothe or distress another nation. At the same time the graphics have made a leap forward again. Especially the overview map is no longer as static as in other entries, but varies depending on the play.
Just look at the campaign map of "TWR2", it is a lot more extensive than all previous installments. Compared to "Shogun 2", the area has quadrupled and is up to Scandinavia, Europe, the Middle East up to the present-day Afghanistan, and the North African coast. Switzerland is also available as Raetia in the game. Overview of cities can grow by expanding their walls. Each city has its individual look.
The developer Creative Assembly have revealed the official minimum and recommended system requirements for their upcoming game TWR2. Thus, the game requires 35 gigabytes of space on your hard drive and your PC must be running at least Windows Vista. However, it is recommended Windows 7 or 8.
To run the Total War: Rome 2 with low settings, your PC must have at least two gigabytes of RAM and a DirectX 9.0c support graphics card with 512 megabytes of video memory.
