Miley Cyrus released the promotional video confirming her presence of the VMA 2013 Awards On Tuesday (6). However, the organizers did not reveal if the singer will hold a performance.
With the success of "We Can not Stop", the singer was nominated for three categories, they are "Best Female Video", "Best Pop Clip" and "Best Editing."
The awards ceremony will take place at the Barclays Center in New York on August 25.
