A rather unusual collaboration is forming in the world of music. James Murphy, the brains behind the LCD Soundystem said he will produce an album with Cavalera Conspiracy, the band formed by brothers Iggor (drums) and Max Cavalera (guitar and vocals) of the original lineup of Sepultura. More curious still want to know that Murphy said only the two playing the album, a kind of "White Stripes metalhead".
Murphy initially was called to record an EP, but ended up creating a more ambitious proposal.
The producer suggested that the brothers dispense the two other members of the group and started from scratch, as a duo now.
Iggor said Murphy promised that this will be the heaviest album of their career, which is no small feat, if we remember that the brothers have recorded some of the heaviest albums of all time.
