Bon Jovi guitarist, Richie Sambora, reveals why he left the tour

Richie Sambora, guitarist for Bon Jovi, recently revealed his reasons for leaving the band's tour.

The 54 year old musician admitted he needed to spend time with his family. "I got to spend time with my daughter at intervals of the tour, and suddenly could not leave home," he said.

His daughter, Ava, just turned 16, and guitarist was present at her birthday party. "I needed to be home," he added.

But Sambora made clear that he intends to leave the band. "I'm sure I'll be back. It's Not like it's the end of the band or anything like that."

Sambora left the tour "Because We Can" in April this year and released two singles, "The Me Come Back "and" Engine 19".
