One Direction wants to collaborate with Pharrell on new album

The members of One Direction said they would like to work with Pharrell Williams on their new album.

The group confirmed that they have already started writing material for their next album, follow-up to their recently released album "Midnight Memories." Speaking to Capital FM, Liam Payne said that Pharrell is his friend and that is all he could say. Thus, implying that more than a simple desire, the partnership has the same chance of being materialized.

Niall Horan, who also attended the interview, said that they are already writing. "God willing, we will be able to count on the presence of Pharrell if Liam is wanting," he said.

Still in the mood for fun, Horan said that if necessary, he will join Liam to meet Pharrell in the United States.
