Beyonce's father says “elevator incident was trick to boost ticket sales”

Matthew Knowles has revealed in an interview that a tour reuniting the Destiny's Child may be on the way.

Matthew Knowles, father of Beyoncé, has revealed in an interview with the radio program "The Roula and Ryan Show" that the controversies involving his daughter and her husband Jay Z could be part of a plan.

"I know from experience, because we've done it before, there's a tour going. Sometimes you have to give a gas that tour," said the manager of trio Destiny's Child, referring to the "On The Run Tour" . "This is called Jedi mind trick! Jedi’s trick often deceives you."

When asked then if the incident in the elevator with the singer's sister, Solange Knowles, was an easel, Matthew gave a subtle response.
