Fix GTA V Down, Servers Are Unavailable Error 2020

In this guide, we'll show you how to fix common GTA V (Rockstar Services) Server issues.

Before you check our troubleshooting guide, make sure that the Rockstar Servers for GTA Online and Rockstar game launcher are working.

In case the problem is related to your network connection. Then I suggest using an Ethernet cable for best performance. If you want to use the Wi-Fi connection then make sure to restart your router. If you haven't done this in a while and reduce the amount of devices connected to the same network if you feel like the problem is related to your server region or if you are unsure then you should download and install the 5em mod, which is also available for the epic games version.

This will enable you to play on dedicated servers around the world.

When this is done open up a task manager:

- then go to the resource monitor. A network tab open up the processes with network activity and after a few seconds you’ll see every process using your network connection.

This might be a browser running in the background, Steam or a download but selecting your connection. I suggest you to only at the processes which you know won't break your operating system below you can also see your network utilization and percent if nothing helped including changing your connection and checking if the servers are running fine then open up your epic games launcher then right lick (…) this and open the menu for GTA 5, and then select verify to verify the integrity of your game files. This will redownload and replace any missing game files.
