A new High-Resolution Texture Pack has arrived for the reboot of Modern Warfare and Warzone. The 3rd texture pack went live on the 2nd of March for PlayStation and Xbox users but what exactly does this texture pack do and how can you install it yourself? Here's what you need to know.

This is the 3rd high resolution texture pack that Activision has released for Modern Warfare and Warzone on consoles. This is said to support the most detailed textures for weapons and operators in Modern Warfare and Warzone. The pack provides improved details on the Warzone weapon arsenal and all of the playable operators available in the Battle Royale.

The pack is recommended for PS4 Pro, PS5 and Xbox Series X players that play Warzone on high resolution displays.

So if you don't fall into this category you're better off saving your hard drive space for another day or should I say another update. Installing the texture pack is an incredibly simple process been booting up Modern Warfare or Warzone, PS5 and Xbox Series X players will be prompted to download it

The texture pack comes in at 8.4GB in size for the PlayStation users and Xbox players can expect a 7.9GB download.

If you're looking to download this manually on Xbox consoles head to My games & apps see all of them and go to your game library press the more options button and manage game add-ons for Warzone or Modern Warfare - click the first option and you'll be able to see all of your installed and uninstalled texture packs - click the high resolution texture pack free and start to download it.
