With the latest 16.2 patch in Fortnight, a new set of spy quests have been added to the game. In these new quests you'll be dealing with Jonesy, after playing the spire message at a guardian outpost you'll have to go and track down five different Joneses and talk to them about the spire.
Now there are multiple Joneses around the map and you only need to speak to five of them and here are five locations to find Jones's on the map:
Rex Jonesy Location: If you head to Dusted Depot which is east of The Spire, you can spot Rex and talk to him:
Castaway Jonesy Location: just north of Steamy Stacks you can spot Castaway Jonesy.
Grill Sergeant Jonesy Location: Towards the east of Stealthy Stronghold by the Durrr Burger Food Truck you can speak to Grill Sergeant Jonesy.
Suntan Specialist Jonesy Location: In the lifeguard hut of Sweaty Sands, you can spot Suntan Specialist Jonesy.
Slurp Jonesy Location: In the main building of
There are other locations for jones to be spotted and spoken
to including places like
Jonesy The First Location: Once you've spoken to all five of the Joneses, you'll need to go and speak to Jonesy The First, Jonesy The First is located in Pleasant Park in the brick building to the top left of the point of interest. Once you've found him you'll need to duel Jonesy the first.
I recommend doing this in squads as you'll have fewer solos trying to stop you from dueling Jonesy and you can get some assistance from teammates.
If you are the only one attacking Jonesy, he's not particularly much of a threat just build upwards and shoot him at a distance be sure to grab as much materials and weaponry as possible before engaging in this fight because he is a little bit tanky, once done speak to Jonesy The First again and you'll have completed the next set of Spire quests ready for the next update in two weeks time.
