First, let's optimize your Windows OS

Xbox Game Bar - Off

Background Recording - Off

Recorded Audio - Off

 

I also recommend to not use any overlay

Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling - On

Also make sure that you update your graphics driver

Under the power settings make sure that you are using the Balance or High performance option.
