Elden Ring: Unlock Seluvis to Learn New Spells

Now, to get to this place, you must do certain quests from Ranni the Witch to unlock the Seluvis Rise. It is important to take the time to do Ranni's quests to unlock Seluvis in Elden Ring so that you can get certain spells that the NPC offers.

 

To get spells from Seluvis, you must first do a quest that he asks you to complete. You must deliver a potion to Nepheli Loux, the latter being at the Roundtable Hold or in the Village of the Albinaurics (depending on your progress in Nepheli's quest).
