Valorant: what’s new in update 5.07? Flash character changes

Riot Games rolled out a new patch for Valorant (5.07). The update brings some changes to flash characters such as Kay/o, Skye, Reyna and Yoru.

 

Changes to Skye

- Max flash duration of guiding light increased from 1sec. to 2.25 sec.

- Guiding light can no longer be destroyed

- Unequip delay after guiding light increased from 0.75 sec. to 0.85 sec.

- New VFX, UI, and sounds added to communicate new gameplay intent

 

Changes to Kay/o

- The flashbang max duration of underhand (right click) has been reduced: from 2 sec. to 1.25 sec.

- The flashbang max duration of overhand (left click) has been increased: from 2 sec. to 2.25 sec.

- Unequip delay after both flashes increased from 0.6 sec. to 0.85 sec.

Changes to Reyna

- Wind up of nearsight effect reduced from 0.6 sec. to 0.4 sec.

- Leer range restriction has been removed

- Nearsight unequip delay reduced from 0.7 sec. to 0.5 sec.

- Duration decreased from 2.6 sec. to 2 sec.

 

Changes to Yoru

- Blindside duration increased from 1.5 sec. to 1.75 sec.

- Reduced the size of the hologram on the body marker that shows up when dead bodies are turned off.
