Dragonflight patch 10.0.5 is available with several new features like the Revival Catalyst. Directly inspired by the Creation Catalyst of 9.2, it allows you to upgrade your epic pieces into set pieces.
In this guide, we’ll show you how you can unlock the Revival Catalyst, where to find it and what items can be used to upgrade it.
To find the Revival Catalyst in Dragonflight, you need to head to Thaldraszus (located at 59.53, 53.71)
To unlock the Revival Catalyst for the first time, you must first complete “Reviving the Machine" quest from Koranos in Valdrakken. You'll find him at Aspect Headquarters, at the very top of the capital's main tower.
Then you will have a quest every week to be able to use the Catalyst. The latter is linked to the account and asks you to do different activities in the Dragon Isles. Once this is done, you can use the Catalyst once on each of your characters.
Pieces in the Helms, Shoulders, Chests, Gloves and Legs slots give set bonuses. The parts in the Cloaks, Bracers, Belts and Boots slots are cosmetic only.
