In Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll encounter 13 different magical beasts. You can capture and tame them or even breed them to have offspring. In this short guide, we’ll show you how to capture beast and unlock Vivarium.
In order to capture magical beast, you must first follow the main missions for a while. Because only after the main quest "The Elf, the Nab-Sack, and the Loom" you will get your Nab-Sack from Deek the Elf in the Room of Requirement, with which you can catch beasts. Likewise, a Vivarium will be unlocked in the Room of Requirement into which you can release the beasts.
Along with the Nab-Sack, you will also get a beast brush and beast food. With this you can brush and feed your collected beasts. You equip the instruments like magic spells and can use them as often as you like. Caring and grooming is also worthwhile, as each beast always gives you some of its fur after brushing and feeding. You use these materials to upgrade equipment and change properties.
