Artifact 1: List of Tess

Artifact 4: Note to Derek
Once you have received the Molotov cocktail, you end up in the larger area surrounded by Clickers. Run to the left and into the next room. Here you will find the note in a drawer.
Artifact 5: Medical Pamphlet
You have to find a way to climb over the truck, first turn off the runner. After the battle, you have to climb and on the back of the vehicle you will find the note.
Artifact 6: Firefly Orders
At the next dead firefly Member you will not find a pendent, but some ammo and the list of orders.
Artifact 7: Smuggler's Note
Right after Ellie finds a dead body and the flashlight, you can see the list on the body.
Artifact 8: Evacuation Flyer
Run through the tunnel and when you need to go up the rest of the street, you will find the note on the ground.
Artifact 9: Firefly Map
Once you reach the deepest floor of the building, you will see the corpse with the Molotov cocktail and the map on the floor lying next to the dead body.
Firefly Pendant 1: Joseph Lenz
Once you see the capitol, you have to find a new route. On the way you will see the pendent hanging on a branch of a tree.
Firefly Pendant 2: Michael Kiper
Once you come to the first working table where you can improve your weapons, you reach the next floor. Once up there you go to the left and there is a small shelf climbs up and got to the small display box, where you will find the Pendent.
Firefly Pendant 3: Melinda Davidson
Soon you will come across a green lake. There you'll find the Pendant.
Firefly Pendant 4: Shiyao Jiang
Once you entered to the other side of the subway. In the office, you will find the Pendant in the water.
